Returns and Refunds
General Provisions
This section sets out the terms and conditions for the exchange and return of goods purchased in our online store, in accordance with the legislation of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other applicable consumer protection laws.
Our products are made of natural granite and may contain fragile glass elements, which is taken into account when determining return conditions and the allocation of responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)
Consumers within the meaning of EU or UK law have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, except in cases provided by law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by submitting a clear statement using the contact details provided on the Website.
Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality
Goods may be returned provided that:
- the goods have not been used;
- their original appearance, consumer properties, and completeness are preserved;
- there is no damage, including mechanical damage;
- the goods are returned in a condition suitable for resale.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods damaged after delivery to the Customer;
- goods that have lost their consumer properties due to the Customer’s actions.
Damage During Delivery
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the goods, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the Customer’s country.
If the goods are delivered with visible damage to the packaging or product, the Customer must:
- inspect the parcel upon receipt;
- record the damage in the presence of the carrier’s representative;
- prepare an appropriate damage report;
- take photo or video evidence.
Damage to glass elements caused by postal or courier services after the order has been handed over to the carrier is subject to resolution between the Customer and the respective delivery service.
Refunds
In the event of a lawful return, the Seller shall refund the received payments without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.
Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The cost of initial delivery may not be refundable where permitted by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by the Customer in connection with an exchange or return is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual and legal obligations, in accordance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and our Privacy Policy.
