Delivery

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out by international postal and courier services to the address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

The delivery time depends on the destination country, the selected carrier, and customs procedures in the recipient’s country.

Estimated delivery times are provided after the order is placed and may change due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control.

Packaging and Fragile Elements

Our products are made of natural granite and may contain fragile glass elements, including glass components of candle lamps.

  • we use reinforced protective packaging;
  • we hand over orders to carriers in proper condition.

Important Information Regarding Risk of Damage

Despite proper packaging, international transportation involves risks beyond the Seller’s control, including mechanical damage during sorting, transportation, or storage by carriers.

Glass Elements

Glass components of candle lamps are vulnerable to damage during delivery. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of glass damage caused by the postal or courier service, the Seller shall not be liable for such damage.

The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the Buyer’s local law.

Inspection of the Parcel Upon Receipt

We strongly recommend inspecting the parcel immediately upon receipt. If visible damage to the packaging or the product is detected, the Buyer should:

  • record the damage in the presence of the carrier’s representative;
  • draw up a damage report;
  • take photo or video evidence.

These steps are necessary to submit a potential claim to the delivery service.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

All such charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Seller.
